CPSC Twitter chat: How to secure your TV to prevent child injury or death due to tip-overs

The Twitter chat is in response to seeing a large number of injuries and deaths as a result of televisions falling on children, the CPSC reports, adding that every other week, a child dies in the U.S. when a television, a piece of furniture or an appliance falls on him or her. Many injuries and deaths are caused when children climb into, fall against, or pull themselves up onto furniture.
